How do I place an order?

Can I return or exchange items purchased online from Elizabeth Whibley?
If your item does not fit quite right we offer store-credit or an exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item within 7 days of the item arriving with you. Postage is not covered for exchanges, please be prepared to finance this yourself, we are a very small-scale business and cannot absorb these costs. It is highly recommended you refer to the Elizabeth Whibley size guide as most items are made-to-order or very limited runs, and to avoid waste we want to get it right first time round.
