Do you have physical store?

No we are a digital store! The instagram will be updated if we ever have stockists or pop-ups so you know where to find us!

How do I place an order?

Hey! Browse the site and add the items you love to cart. Next proceed to checkout, and provide your shipping and payment information to complete the order. You will receive a payment confirmation email once done!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment options such as PayPal for online purchases. Klarna is going to be introduced early October. The accepted payment methods may vary, so check the website for the most up-to-date information.

How can I track my order after making a purchase online?

After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once the order is handmade with love and posted via Royal Mail services. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your lovely order.

What is the estimated delivery time for online orders? 

Please remember lead-times for made-to-order items or pre-orders can be up to 5 weeks before your item is ready to leave the studio. The estimated delivery time for online orders varies based on your location and the shipping option chosen during checkout. Please refer to the shipping information on the website for specific details.

Can I return or exchange items purchased online from Elizabeth Whibley?

If your item does not fit quite right we offer store-credit or an exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item within 7 days of the item arriving with you. Postage is not covered for exchanges, please be prepared to finance this yourself, we are a very small-scale business and cannot absorb these costs. Is there a sizing guide available to help with choosing the right fit for online purchases?

It is highly recommended you refer to the Elizabeth Whibley size guide as most items are made-to-order or very limited runs, and to avoid waste we want to get it right first time round. Elizabeth Whibley is a size inclusive brand that goes against unreliable fast-fashion, gendered and inaccurate size guides and has had its own size guide developed ranging from 3XS - 6XL. 

Are there any promotions, discounts, or sales available for online purchases?
